From start to finish, our experience with STL Hardscape was nothing short of exceptional. They built us a beautiful concrete patio with a bordering flower bed, all perfectly framed by a stunning retaining wall—it truly transformed our outdoor space. Communication throughout the entire process was top notch. Sutton and Nick from the sales team came out to bid the project with genuine excitement and confidence, which immediately gave us peace of mind that they could bring our vision to life. When it came time for construction, Matt, Franky, and Nick exceeded our expectations. Not only did they do amazing work, but they were also incredibly careful to protect our side lawn while transporting equipment and materials to the backyard—something we really appreciated. Midway through the project, we decided to add a smaller connected patio with another retaining wall. Even though it required tying into a concrete step off our garage, the team didn’t hesitate. We reached out to Sutton, collaborated with Matt, Franky, and Nick on-site, and with the help of Mike, the project manager, they made it happen seamlessly. From Blake in sales, to Mike the project manager to the crew, Efrain, Juan, & Eloy, all were wonderful to work with down to the smallest detail. The patio and edging look great and the sod is very healthy and thriving. The office ladies kept us well informed through the whole project.
