I reached out to St Louis Hardscapes to schedule an estimate to help resolve a very unexpected and stressful crisis concerning a collapsed retaining wall. Brittany has been very patient and helpful with scheduling and cancellations in short notice. When Blake and Jay came out to assess the situation, I was highly impressed with their knowledge, explaining everything in depth and quick plan for resolution concerning this matter. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience with STL Hardscape! From start to finish, our experience with STL Hardscape was nothing short of exceptional. They built us a beautiful concrete patio with a bordering flower bed, all perfectly framed by a stunning retaining wall—it truly transformed our outdoor space. Communication throughout the entire process was top notch. Sutton and Nick from the sales team came out to bid the project with genuine excitement and confidence, which immediately gave us peace of mind that they could bring our vision to life. When it came time for construction, Matt, Franky, and Nick exceeded our expectations. Not only did they do amazing work, but they were also incredibly careful to protect our side lawn while transporting equipment and materials to the backyard—something we really appreciated. Midway through the project, we decided to add a smaller connected patio with another retaining wall. Even though it required tying into a concrete step off our garage, the team didn’t hesitate. We reached out to Sutton, collaborated with Matt, Franky, and Nick on-site, and with the help of Mike, the project manager, they made it happen seamlessly. Their knowledge, flexibility, and problem-solving skills really stood out. Hiring STL Hardscape Solutions for our patio was a great decision! From Blake in sales, to Mike the project manager to the crew, Efrain, Juan, & Eloy, all were wonderful to work with down to the smallest detail. Mike and Efrain offered suggestions that we did not even think of. During the project we added edging and decided to go with sod instead of seed and straw. A very good decision! The patio and edging look great and the sod is very healthy and thriving. The office ladies kept us well informed through the whole project. Mike was very prompt in returning our call whenever we had to leave him a message, which wasn't often. Wonderful people, we think of them as friends. We will use STL Hardscape Solutions again for our next project.

On a scale of one to ten I would give them an eleven. We recently had our patio remodeled. Their work was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The workers were so skilled and professional. At the end of each day they cleaned up the work area. That meant a lot to my wife. I would highly recommend them for any outdoor projects you might be considering.
